The noun aphiēmi (to leave, to let) in the Gospels-Acts

Matthew

3: 15But Jesus answered him, "Leave (aphiēmi) it for now; for it is proper for us in this way to fulfill all righteousness." Then he left (aphiēmi) it.
4: 11Then the devil left (aphiēmi) him, and suddenly angels came and waited on him.
4: 20Immediately they left (aphiēmi) their nets and followed him.
4: 22Immediately they left (aphiēmi) the boat and their father, and followed him.
5: 24leave (aphiēmi) your gift there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother or sister, and then come and offer your gift.
5: 40and if anyone wants to sue you and take your coat, leave (aphiēmi) your cloak as well;
6: 12And leave (aphiēmi) us our debts, as we also have left (aphiēmi) our debtors.

9: 6But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to leave (aphiēmi) sins" - he then said to the paralytic - "Stand up, take your bed and go to your home."
12: 31Therefore I tell you, people will be left (aphiēmi) for every sin and blasphemy, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be left (aphiēmi).
12: 32Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be left (aphiēmi), but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be left (aphiēmi), either in this age or in the age to come.

13: 36Then he left (aphiēmi) the crowds and went into the house. And his disciples approached him, saying, "Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field."
15: 14Leave (aphiēmi) them alone; they are blind guides of the blind. And if one blind person guides another, both will fall into a pit."
18: 12What do you think? If a shepherd has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave (aphiēmi) the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray?
18: 21Then Peter came and said to him, "Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I leave (aphiēmi)? As many as seven times?"

Mark

1: 18And immediately they left (aphiēmi) their nets and followed him.

Luke

John

4: 3he left (aphiēmi) Judea and started back to Galilee.
4: 28Then the woman left (aphiēmi) her water jar and went back to the city. She said to the people,
4: 52So he asked them the hour when he began to recover, and they said to him, "Yesterday at one in the afternoon the fever left (aphiēmi) him."
8: 29And the one who sent me is with me; he has not left (aphiēmi) me alone, for I always do what is pleasing to him."
10: 12The hired hand, who is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves (aphiēmi) the sheep and runs away - and the wolf snatches them and scatters them.

Acts

5: 38So in the present case, I tell you, keep away from these men and leave (aphiēmi) them alone; because if this plan or this undertaking is of human origin, it will fail;
8: 22Repent therefore of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that, if possible, the intent of your heart may be left (aphiēmi) you.
14: 17yet he has not left (aphiēmi) himself without a witness in doing good - giving you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, and filling you with food and your hearts with joy."

1 John

1: 9If we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will leave (aphiēmi) us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
2: 12I am writing to you, little children, because your sins are left (aphiēmi) on account of his name.
