Verb apophthengomai (to declare) in the Gospels-Acts

Acts

2: 4All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them to declare (apophthengomai).
2: 14But Peter, standing with the eleven, raised his voice and declared (apophthengomai) them, "Men of Judea and all who live in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and listen to what I say.
26: 25But Paul said, "I am not out of my mind, most excellent Festus, but I am declaring (apophthengomai) the sober truth.
