Luke
| 9: 61 | Another said, "I will follow you, Lord; but let me first say farewell (apotassō) to those at my home." |
| 14: 33 | So therefore, none of you can become my disciple if you do not part from (apotassō) all your possessions. |
Acts
| 18: 18 | After staying there for a considerable time, Paul said farewell (apotassō) to the believers and sailed for Syria, accompanied by Priscilla and Aquila. At Cenchreae he had his hair cut, for he was under a vow. |
