Matthew

10: 33but whoever denies (arneomai) me before others, I also will deny (arneomai) before my Father in heaven.
26: 70But he denied (arneomai) it before all of them, saying, "I do not know what you are talking about."
26: 72Again he denied (arneomai) it with an oath, "I do not know the man."

Mark

14: 68But he denied (arneomai) it, saying, "I do not know or understand what you are talking about." And he went out into the forecourt. Then the cock crowed.

2: 22Who is the liar but the one who denies (arneomai) that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies (arneomai) the Father and the Son.
