John
| 4: 11 | The woman said to him, "Sir, you have no bucket, and the well is deep (bathys). Where do you get that living water? |
Acts
| 20: 9 | A young man named Eutychus, who was sitting in the window, began to sink off into a deep (bathys) sleep while Paul talked still longer. Overcome by sleep, he fell to the ground three floors below and was picked up dead. |
