Luke

14: 31Or what king, going out to wage war against another king, will not sit down first and deliberate (bouleuō) whether he is able with ten thousand to oppose the one who comes against him with twenty thousand?

John

11: 53So from that day on they deliberated (bouleuō) in order to put him to death.
12: 10So the chief priests deliberated (bouleuō) in order to put Lazarus to death as well,

Acts

27: 39In the morning they did not recognize the land, but they noticed a bay with a beach, on which they deliberated (bouleuō) over running the ship ashore, if they could.
