Verb diakoneō (to serve) in the Gospels-Acts

Matthew

4: 11Then the devil left him, and suddenly angels came and served (diakoneō) him.
8: 15he touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she got up and began to serve (diakoneō) him.
20: 28just as the Son of Man came not to be served (diakoneō) but to serve (diakoneō), and to give his life a ransom for many."
25: 44Then they also will answer, 'Lord, when was it that we saw you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not serve (diakoneō) you?'
27: 55Many women were also there, looking on from a distance; they had followed Jesus from Galilee and had served (diakoneō) him.

Mark

John

12: 2There they gave a dinner for him. Martha served (diakoneō), and Lazarus was one of those at the table with him.

Acts

6: 2And the twelve called together the whole community of the disciples and said, "It is not right that we should neglect the word of God in order to serve (diakoneō) at tables.
