Matthew

13: 21yet such a person has no root, but endures only for a while, and when trouble or persecution (diōgmos) arises on account of the word, that person immediately falls away.

Mark

4: 17But they have no root, and endure only for a while; then, when trouble or persecution (diōgmos) arises on account of the word, immediately they fall away.
10: 30who will not receive a hundredfold now in this age - houses, brothers and sisters, mothers and children, and fields, with persecutions (diōgmos) - and in the age to come eternal life.

Acts
