Noun dromos (course) in the Gospels-Acts
(Translation from NRSV with a few modifications for a more literal meaning)
Acts
| 13: 25 | And as John was finishing his course (dromos), he said, 'What do you suppose that I am? I am not he. No, but one is coming after me; I am not worthy to untie the thong of the sandals on his feet.' |
| 20: 24 | But I do not count my life of any value to myself, if only I may finish my course (dromos) and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the good news of God's grace.
