23: 4They tie up heavy burdens, hard to bear (dysbastaktos), and lay them on the shoulders of others; but they themselves are unwilling to lift a finger to move them.

Luke

11: 46And he said, "Woe also to you lawyers! For you load people with burdens hard to bear (dysbastaktos), and you yourselves do not lift a finger to ease them.
