Expression egō eimi (I am) without attribute to designate Jesus in the Gospels

Matthew

14: 27But immediately Jesus spoke to them and said, "Take heart, I am (egō eimi); do not be afraid."

Mark

6: 50for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them and said, "Take heart, I am (egō eimi); do not be afraid."
14: 62Jesus said, "I am (egō eimi); and 'you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of the Power,' and 'coming with the clouds of heaven.'"

Luke

22: 70All of them asked, "Are you, then, the Son of God?" He said to them, "You say that I am (egō eimi)."

John
