(Translation from NRSV with a few modifications for a more literal meaning)

Matthew

4: 3The tempter came and said to him, "If (ei) you are the Son of God, command these stones to become loaves of bread."
4: 6saying to him, "If (ei) you are the Son of God, throw yourself down; for it is written, 'He will command his angels concerning you,' and 'On their hands they will bear you up, so that you will not dash your foot against a stone.'"
5: 13"You are the salt of the earth; but if (ei) salt has lost its taste, how can its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything, but is thrown out and trampled under foot.
5: 29If (ei) your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away; it is better for you to lose one of your members than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
5: 30And if (ei) your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away; it is better for you to lose one of your members than for your whole body to go into hell.
6: 1"Beware of practicing your piety before others in order to be seen by them; if (ei) not, you have no reward from your Father in heaven.
6: 23but if your eye is unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If (ei) then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!
6: 30But if (ei) God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you - you of little faith?
7: 11If (ei) you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
8: 31The demons begged him, "If (ei) you cast us out, send us into the herd of swine."
9: 17Neither is new wine put into old wineskins; if (ei) not, the skins burst, and the wine is spilled, and the skins are destroyed; but new wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved."
10: 25it is enough for the disciple to be like the teacher, and the slave like the master. If (ei) they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more will they malign those of his household!
11: 14and if (ei) you are willing to accept it, he is Elijah who is to come.
11: 21"Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if (ei) the deeds of power done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.
11: 23And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will be brought down to Hades. For if (ei) the deeds of power done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.
11: 27All things have been handed over to me by my Father; and no one knows the Son if (ei) not the Father, and no one knows the Father if (ei) not the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
12: 4He entered the house of God and ate the bread of the Presence, which it was not lawful for him or his companions to eat, if (ei) not only for the priests.
12: 7But if (ei) you had known what this means, 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the guiltless.
12: 10a man was there with a withered hand, and they asked him if (ei) it lawful to cure on the sabbath so that they might accuse him.
12: 24But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, "This fellow casts out the demons, if (ei) not by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons"
12: 26If (ei) Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself; how then will his kingdom stand?
12: 27If (ei) I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your own exorcists cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges.
12: 28But if (ei) it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come to you.
12: 39But he answered them, "An evil and adulterous generation asks for a sign, but no sign will be given to it if (ei) not the sign of the prophet Jonah.
13: 57And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, "Prophets are not without honor if (ei) not in their own country and in their own house."
14: 17They replied, "We have nothing here if (ei) not five loaves and two fish."
14: 28Peter answered him, "Lord, if (ei) it is you, command me to come to you on the water."
15: 24He answered, "I was sent if (ei) not to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

18: 28But that same slave, as he went out, came upon one of his fellow slaves who owed him a hundred denarii; and seizing him by the throat, he said to pay if (ei) he owes something.'
19: 3Some Pharisees came to him, and to test him they asked if (ei) it is lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any cause
19: 10His disciples said to him, "If (ei) such is the case of a man with his wife, it is better not to marry."
19: 17And he said to him, "Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good. If (ei) you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments."
19: 21Jesus said to him, "If (ei) you wish to be perfect, go, sell your possessions, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; then come, follow me."
21: 19And seeing a fig tree by the side of the road, he went to it and found nothing at all on it if (ei) not leaves. Then he said to it, "May no fruit ever come from you again!" And the fig tree withered at once.
22: 45If (ei) David thus calls him Lord, how can he be his son?"
23: 30and you say, 'If (ei) we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.'
24: 22And if (ei) those days had not been cut short, no one would be saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.
24: 24For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and produce great signs and omens, to lead astray, if (ei) possible, even the elect.
24: 36"But about that day and hour no one knows, neither the angels of heaven, nor the Son, if (ei) not the Father only.
24: 43But understand this: if (ei) the owner of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into.
26: 24The Son of Man goes as it is written of him, but woe to that one by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been better if (ei) he had not to been born."
26: 33Peter said to him, "If (ei) all become deserters because of you, I will never desert you."
26: 39And going a little farther, he threw himself on the ground and prayed, "My Father, if (ei) it is possible, let this cup pass from me; yet not what I want but what you want."
26: 42Again he went away for the second time and prayed, "My Father, if (ei) this cannot pass unless I drink it, your will be done."
26: 63But Jesus was silent. Then the high priest said to him, "I put you under oath before the living God, tell us if (ei) you are the Messiah, the Son of God."
27: 40and saying, "You who would destroy the temple and build it in three days, save yourself! If (ei) you are the Son of God, come down from the cross."
27: 43He trusts in God; let God deliver him now, if (ei) he wants to; for he said, 'I am God's Son.'"
27: 49But the others said, "Wait, let us see if (ei) Elijah will come to save him."

Mark

2: 7"Why does this fellow speak in this way? It is blasphemy! Who can forgive sins if (ei) not God alone?"
2: 21"No one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old cloak; if (ei) not, the patch pulls away from it, the new from the old, and a worse tear is made.
2: 22And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; if (ei) not, the wine will burst the skins, and the wine is lost, and so are the skins; but one puts new wine into fresh wineskins."
2: 26He entered the house of God, when Abiathar was high priest, and ate the bread of the Presence, which it is not lawful for any, if (ei) not for the priests to eat, and he gave some to his companions."
3: 2They watched him to see if (ei) he would cure him on the sabbath, so that they might accuse him.
3: 26And if (ei) Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but his end has come.

Luke

10: 6And if anyone is there who shares in peace, your peace will rest on that person; but if (ei) not, it will return to you.

14: 26"If (ei) someone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and even life itself, he cannot be my disciple.
14: 28For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not first sit down and estimate the cost, to see if (ei) he has enough to complete it?
14: 31Or what king, going out to wage war against another king, will not sit down first and consider if (ei) he is able with ten thousand to oppose the one who comes against him with twenty thousand?
14: 32If (ei) he cannot, then, while the other is still far away, he sends a delegation and asks for the terms of peace.
16: 11If (ei) then you have not been faithful with the dishonest wealth, who will entrust to you the true riches?
16: 12And if (ei) you have not been faithful with what belongs to another, who will give you what is your own?
16: 31He said to him, 'If (ei) they do not listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.'"
17: 2It would be better for you if (ei) a millstone were hung around your neck and you were thrown into the sea than for you to cause one of these little ones to stumble.
17: 6The Lord replied, "If (ei) you had faith the size of a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it would obey you.

John

1: 25They asked him, "Why then are you baptizing if (ei) you are neither the Messiah, nor Elijah, nor the prophet?"
3: 12If (ei) I have told you about earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?
3: 13No one has ascended into heaven if (ei) not the one who descended from heaven, the Son of Man.

19: 15They cried out, "Away with him! Away with him! Crucify him!" Pilate asked them, "Shall I crucify your King?" The chief priests answered, "We have no king if (ei) not the emperor."
20: 15Jesus said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you looking for?" Supposing him to be the gardener, she said to him, "Sir, if (ei) you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away."

Acts

1: 6So when they had come together, they asked him, "Lord, if (ei) it is the time when you will restore the kingdom to Israel?"
4: 9if (ei) we are questioned today because of a good deed done to someone who was sick and are asked how this man has been healed,
4: 19But Peter and John answered them, "If (ei) it is right in God's sight to listen to you rather than to God, you must judge;
5: 8Peter said to her, "Tell me if (ei) you and your husband sold the land for such and such a price." And she said, "Yes, that was the price."
5: 39but if (ei) it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them - in that case you may even be found fighting against God!" They were convinced by him,
7: 1Then the high priest asked him if (ei) these things were so.
8: 22Repent therefore of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that, if (ei) possible, the intent of your heart may be forgiven you.
10: 18They called out to ask if (ei) Simon, who was called Peter, was staying there.
