Verb ekballō (to cast out, throw out, bring out) in the New Testament

Matthew

7: 4Or how can you say to your neighbor, 'Let me cast out (ekballō) the speck of your eye,' while the log is in your own eye?
7: 5You hypocrite, first cast out (ekballō) the log of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to cast out (ekballō) the speck of your neighbor's eye.
7: 22On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out (ekballō) demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?'
8: 12while the heirs of the kingdom will be thrown out (ekballō) into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
8: 16That evening they brought to him many who were possessed with demons; and he cast out (ekballō) the spirits with a word, and cured all who were sick.
8: 31The demons begged him, "If you cast us out (ekballō), send us into the herd of swine."

3 John

1: 10So if I come, I will call attention to what he is doing in spreading false charges against us. And not content with those charges, he refuses to welcome the friends, and even prevents those who want to do so and cast them out (ekballō) of the church.

Galatians

4: 30But what does the scripture say? "Cast out (ekballō) the slave and her child; for the child of the slave will not share the inheritance with the child of the free woman."

James

2: 25Likewise, was not Rahab the prostitute also justified by works when she welcomed the messengers and brought them out (ekballō) by another road?

Revelation

11: 2but do not measure the court outside the temple; throw that out (ekballō), for it is given over to the nations, and they will trample over the holy city for forty-two months.
