Matthew
| 5: 7 | "Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy (eleeō). |
| 9: 27 | As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, crying loudly, "Have mercy (eleeō) on us, Son of David!" |
| 15: 22 | Just then a Canaanite woman from that region came out and started shouting, "Have mercy (eleeō) on me, Lord, Son of David; my daughter is tormented by a demon." |
