Noun elpis (hope) in the Gospels-Acts

Acts

2: 26therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced; moreover my flesh will live in hope (elpis).
16: 19But when her owners saw that their hope (elpis) of making money was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace before the authorities.
23: 6When Paul noticed that some were Sadducees and others were Pharisees, he called out in the council, "Brothers, I am a Pharisee, a son of Pharisees. I am on trial concerning the hope (elpis) of the resurrection of the dead."
24: 15I have a hope in God - a hope (elpis) that they themselves also accept - that there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.
26: 6And now I stand here on trial on account of my hope (elpis) in the promise made by God to our ancestors,
