Luke

24: 49

And see, I am sending upon you the promise (epangelia) of my father; so stay here in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high."

Acts

1: 4	While staying with them, he ordered them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait there for the promise (epangelia) of the Father. "This," he said, "is what you have heard from me;
2: 33	Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise (epangelia) of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you both see and hear.
2: 39	For the promise (epangelia) is for you, for your children, and for all who are far away, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to him."
