14: 11When they heard it, they were greatly pleased, and promised (epangellomai) to give him money. So he began to look for an opportunity to betray him.

Acts

7: 5He did not give him any of it as a heritage, not even a foot's length, but promised (epangellomai) to give it to him as his possession and to his descendants after him, even though he had no child.
