Verb exēgeomai (to expound) in the Gospels-Acts

Luke

24: 35Then they expounded (exēgeomai) what had happened on the road, and how he had been made known to them in the breaking of the bread.

John

1: 18No one has ever seen God. It is God the only Son, who is close to the Father's heart, who has expounded (exēgeomai) [to us]

Acts

10: 8and after expounding (exēgeomai) to them everything, he sent them to Joppa.
15: 12The whole assembly kept silence, and listened to Barnabas and Paul as they expounded (exēgeomai) all the signs and wonders that God had done through them among the Gentiles.
15: 14Simeon has expounded (exēgeomai) how God first looked favorably on the Gentiles, to take from among them a people for his name.
