Verb hodēgeō (to guide) in the New Testament

Matthew

15: 14Let them alone; they are blind guides of the blind. And if one blind person guides (hodēgeō) another, both will fall into a pit."

Luke

6: 39He also told them a parable: "Can a blind person guide (hodēgeō) a blind person? Will not both fall into a pit?

John

16: 13When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide (hodēgeō) you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.
