Verb kōlyō (to stop) in the New Testament

Matthew

19: 14but Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not stop (kōlyō) them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs."

Mark

9: 38John said to him, "Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop (kōlyō) him, because he was not following us."
9: 39But Jesus said, "Do not stop (kōlyō) him; for no one who does a deed of power in my name will be able soon afterward to speak evil of me.
10: 14But when Jesus saw this, he was indignant and said to them, "Let the little children come to me; do not stop (kōlyō) them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.

Luke

6: 29If anyone strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also; and from anyone who takes away your coat, do not stop (kōlyō) them (to take away) even your shirt.

Hebrews
