Adjective kōphos (mute, deaf) in the Gospels-Acts

(Translation from NRSV with a few modifications for a more literal meaning)

Matthew

9: 32After they had gone away, a demoniac who was mute (kōphos) was brought to him.
9: 33And when the demon had been cast out, the one who had been mute (kōphos) spoke; and the crowds were amazed and said, "Never has anything like this been seen in Israel."
11: 5the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf (kōphos) hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have good news brought to them.
12: 22Then they brought to him a demoniac who was blind and mute (kōphos); and he cured him, so that the one who had been mute (kōphos) could speak and see.
15: 30Great crowds came to him, bringing with them the lame, the maimed, the blind, the mute (kōphos), and many others. They put them at his feet, and he cured them,
15: 31so that the crowd was amazed when they saw the mute (kōphos) speaking, the maimed whole, the lame walking, and the blind seeing. And they praised the God of Israel.

Mark

7: 32They brought to him a deaf (kōphos) man who had an impediment in his speech; and they begged him to lay his hand on him.
7: 37They were astounded beyond measure, saying, "He has done everything well; he even makes the deaf (kōphos) to hear and the speechless to speak."
9: 25When Jesus saw that a crowd came running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, "You speechless and mute (kōphos) spirit, I command you, come out of him, and never enter him again!"

Luke

1: 22When he did come out, he could not speak to them, and they realized that he had seen a vision in the sanctuary. He kept motioning to them and remained mute (kōphos).
7: 22And he answered them, "Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf (kōphos) hear, the dead are raised, the poor have good news brought to them.
11: 14Now he was casting out a demon that was mute (kōphos); when the demon had gone out, the one who had been mute (kōphos) spoke, and the crowds were amazed.
