Matthew

9: 20Then suddenly a woman who had been suffering from hemorrhages for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe (kraspedon) of his cloak,
14: 36and begged him that they might touch even the fringe (kraspedon) of his cloak; and all who touched it were healed.
23: 5They do all their deeds to be seen by others; for they make their phylacteries broad and their fringes (kraspedon) long.
