Matthew

26: 58But Peter was following him at a distance (makrothen), as far as the courtyard of the high priest; and going inside, he sat with the guards in order to see how this would end.
27: 55Many women were also there, looking on from a distance (makrothen); they had followed Jesus from Galilee and had provided for him.

Mark

5: 6When he saw Jesus from a distance (makrothen), he ran and bowed down before him;
8: 3If I send them away hungry to their homes, they will faint on the way - and some of them have come from a distance (makrothen)."
11: 13Seeing at a distance (makrothen) a fig tree in leaf, he went to see whether perhaps he would find anything on it. When he came to it, he found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs.
