Verb moichaō (to be adulterous) in the Bible

Matthew

5: 32But I say to you that anyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of unchastity, causes her to be adulterous; and whoever marries a divorced woman is adulterous (moichaō).
19: 9And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for unchastity, and marries another is adulterous (moichaō)."

Mark

10: 11He said to them, "Whoever divorces his wife and marries another is adulterous (moichaō) against her;
10: 12and if she divorces her husband and marries another, she is adulterous (moichaō)."

Jeremiah (LXX)

3: 8And I saw that (for all the sins of which she was convicted, wherein the house of Israel was adulterous (moichaō), and I put her away, and gave into her hands a bill of divorcement,) yet faithless Juda feared not, but went and herself also committed fornication.
