Matthew

5: 32	But I say to you that anyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of unchastity, causes her to be adulterous; and whoever marries a divorced woman is adulterous (moichaō).
19: 9	And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for unchastity, and marries another is adulterous (moichaō)."

Mark

10: 11	He said to them, "Whoever divorces his wife and marries another is adulterous (moichaō) against her;
10: 12	and if she divorces her husband and marries another, she is adulterous (moichaō)."

Jeremiah (LXX)

3: 8	And I saw that (for all the sins of which she was convicted, wherein the house of Israel was adulterous (moichaō), and I put her away, and gave into her hands a bill of divorcement,) yet faithless Juda feared not, but went and herself also committed fornication.
5: 7	In what way shall I forgive thee for these things? Thy sons have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: and I fed them to the full, and they were adulterous (moichaō), and lodged in harlots' houses.

Ezekiel (LXX)

16: 32	The woman being adulterous (moichaō) resembles thee, taking rewards of her husband.
23: 37	For they have been adulterous (moichaō), and blood was in their hands, they are adulterous (moichaō) with their devices, and they passed through the fire to them their children which they bore to me.
