Matthew

9: 15And Jesus said to them, "The wedding guests cannot mourn as long as the bridegroom (nymphios) is with them, can they? The days will come when the bridegroom (nymphios) is taken away from them, and then they will fast.
25: 1"Then the kingdom of heaven will be like this. Ten bridesmaids took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom (nymphios).
25: 5As the bridegroom (nymphios) was delayed, all of them became drowsy and slept.
25: 6But at midnight there was a shout, 'Look! Here is the bridegroom (nymphios)! Come out to meet him.'
25: 10And while they went to buy it, the bridegroom (nymphios) came, and those who were ready went with him into the wedding banquet; and the door was shut.

Mark

2: 19Jesus said to them, "The wedding guests cannot fast while the bridegroom (nymphios) is with them, can they? As long as they have the bridegroom (nymphios) with them, they cannot fast.
