Verb parechō (to bring, to offer) in the Gospels-Acts

(Translation from NRSV with a few modifications for a more literal meaning)


Matthew

26: 10But Jesus, aware of this, said to them, "Why do you bring (parechō) trouble the woman? She has performed a good service for me.

Mark

14: 6But Jesus said, "Let her alone; why do you bring (parechō) trouble her? She has performed a good service for me.

Luke

6: 29If anyone strikes you on the cheek, offer (parechō) the other also; and from anyone who takes away your coat do not withhold even your shirt.
7: 4When they came to Jesus, they appealed to him earnestly, saying, "He is worthy of having you to offer (parechō) this to him,
11: 7And he answers from within, 'Do not bring (parechō) trouble to me; the door has already been locked, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot get up and give you anything.'
18: 5yet because this widow keeps bringing (parechō) trouble to me, I will grant her justice, so that she may not wear me out by continually coming.'"

Acts
