Matthew

13: 27And the slaves of the householder came and said to him, 'Master, did you not sow good seed in your field? Where (pothen), then, did these weeds come from?'
13: 54He came to his hometown and began to teach the people in their synagogue, so that they were astounded and said, "Where (pothen) did this man get this wisdom from and these deeds of power?
13: 56And are not all his sisters with us? Where (pothen) then did this man get all this from?"
15: 33The disciples said to him, "Where (pothen) are we to get enough bread in the desert to feed so great a crowd?"
21: 25Where (pothen) did the baptism of John come from, from heaven, or was it of human origin?" And they argued with one another, "If we say, 'From heaven,' he will say to us, 'Why then did you not believe him?'

Mark

6: 2On the sabbath he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were astounded. They said, "Where (pothen) did this man get all this from? What is this wisdom that has been given to him? What deeds of power are being done by his hands!
8: 4His disciples replied, "How (pothen) can one feed these people with bread here in the desert?"
12: 37David himself calls him Lord; so how (pothen) can he be his son?" And the large crowd was listening to him with delight.

Luke

1: 43And how (pothen) has this happened to me, that the mother of my Lord comes to me?
13: 25When once the owner of the house has got up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, 'Lord, open to us,' then in reply he will say to you, 'I do not know where (pothen) you come from.'
13: 27But he will say, 'I do not know where (pothen) you come from; go away from me, all you evildoers!'
