Verb prosdokaō (to wait, to expect) in the Gospels-Acts

Matthew

11: 3and said to him, "Are you the one who is to come, or are we to wait (prosdokaō) for another?"
24: 50the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect (prosdokaō) him and at an hour that he does not know.

Luke

1: 21Meanwhile the people were waiting (prosdokaō) for Zechariah, and wondered at his delay in the sanctuary.
3: 15As the people were waiting (prosdokaō), and all were questioning in their hearts concerning John, whether he might be the Messiah,
7: 19and sent them to the Lord to ask, "Are you the one who is to come, or are we to wait (prosdokaō) for another?"
7: 20When the men had come to him, they said, "John the Baptist has sent us to you to ask, 'Are you the one who is to come, or are we to wait (prosdokaō) for another?'"

Acts
