Verb proskoptō (to dash) in the Gospels-Acts

Matthew

4: 6saying to him, "If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down; for it is written, 'He will command his angels concerning you,' and 'On their hands they will bear you up, so that you will not dash (proskoptō) your foot against a stone.'"
7: 27The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and dashed (proskoptō) against that house, and it fell - and great was its fall!"

Luke

4: 11and 'On their hands they will bear you up, so that you will not dash (proskoptō) your foot against a stone.'"

John

11: 9Jesus answered, "Are there not twelve hours of daylight? Those who walk during the day do not dash (proskoptō) [against anything], because they see the light of this world.
11: 10But those who walk at night dash (proskoptō) [against something], because the light is not in them."
