Adjective xenos (stranger, foreign) in the Gospels-Acts

(Translation from NRSV with a few modifications for a more literal meaning)

Matthew

25: 35for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger (xenos) and you welcomed me,

27: 7After conferring together, they used them to buy the potter's field as a place to bury foreign (xenos) people.

Acts

17: 21Now all the Athenians and the foreign (xenos) peope living there would spend their time in nothing but telling or hearing something new.

3 John

1: 5Beloved, you do faithfully whatever you do for the friends, even though they are strangers (xenos) to you;
